"Julie is just the right sort of person you want to accompany you on the journey to a healthier lifestyle. Friendly, supportive, well-informed and non-judgemental, she has scientific fact to support her advice, and lots of ideas for recipes which can be personalised to suit individual needs. I'm really glad I met her! Thanks, Julie". Anne.
